People that have what it takes and does what it takes to support the survival and success of their community. We envision young people in positions of influence and power to be leaders in a variety of businesses.

Sidney's Story – How It All Began…

Mr. Tarver was born and raised in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee. Sidney was afforded many opportunities as the child of two lifelong educators, that instilled a strong moral compass and an impeccable work ethic in all of their children. With that focus and commitment to education and success, Sidney graduated from Tennessee State University while playing Division I football.

Soon after his tenacity earned him a coveted spot in the National Football League (NFL) playing for both the Cleveland Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars. Thoughtfully, Sidney refined both his athleticism and financial prowess while playing football at such an elite level. Over the last decade, Mr. Tarver’s experiences have taught him a great deal, and in the spirit of giving aims to pay it forward through knowledge and mentorship for youth from marginalized communities, especially his beloved Chattanooga, TN.
